I will be offering 4 classes in January 2011

Mondays:    Jan 3, 10, 17, 24   Advanced Gumpaste  6:30 - 8:30 pm

Tuesday:  Jan. 4,11, 18, 25     Decorating Basics  6:30 - 8:30 pm

Wednesday:  Jan. 5,12,19,26  Flower & Cake Design  6:30 - 8:30 pm

Saturday :  Jan. 8, 15, 22, 29    Gumpaste & Fondant  10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Classes for January 2011

Interested in cake decorating lessons... give me a call and let's see what we can do to make your cake decorating dreams come to life.... Classes being offered in Jan. 2011 are Decorating Basics, Flower & Cake Design, Gumpaste & fondant , Advanced gumpaste flowers. Here are a couple of pics of some of my students working on their final cake.  They are piping the bnasketweave design onto their cakes. They then  adorned their cakes with the royal icing flowers that they created during the course.
